You may be aware that we obtained a resolution to grant planning approval from Southwark Council’s planning committee in December 2018 (planning application 17/AP/4819) to redevelop 313-349 Ilderton Road in two building of 11-15 storeys to create a mixed–use development of 130 homes and 1,660 sqm. of commercial space.
